Unfortunately, sometimes we aren’t able to come to an agreement with the buyer. If so, it’s disappointing, but the best thing we can do is move on quickly and look forward. We’ll continue with showings, open houses, marketing etc. Keep your chin up. We’ll find the right buyer. As disappointing as it first is, we're better off to know now this isn't the right buyer for your home than to get further down the road in the process and disagree on other points of sale.
